The hot springs were clean and comfortable. the hotel's surroundings were beautiful, and the staff was friendly. the shuttle to the nearby attractions was convenient, and the meals included were satisfying.
The hotel lacked English signage, which made it difficult to navigate. the bus ride was rough, and the lack of information on the direction of the bus stop added to the confusion.

This resort is situated in a stunning location close to natural hot springs and a famous gondola lift, which pleases both hikers and sightseers alike. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with amenities like hot water on coffee tables and delicious local cuisine with vegetarian options served in the dining hall.
The staff members are non-native English speakers, and the hotel itself is quite old, with retro furnishings.

Amazing Onsen Experience and Great Food Options
During our city break, we stumbled upon a hidden gem. The hotel had an amazing outdoor onsen experience, with stunning views of snow-capped mountains. We loved the fact that the hotel had a shuttle service that took us to nearby attractions like the Shin-Hotaka Ropeway. The food options were great too, offering a mix of local delicacies and international cuisine.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. there were language barriers with staff, making communication a bit challenging at times.
